Netflix “House of Cards” Returns for a third season
President Frank Underwood and his first lady Claire are back to their deceitful and devious ways.
Fans of “House of Cards” can now enjoy the political antics that come with the Underwoods with release of the shows 3rd season which was released by Netflix on Friday. Originally created in British, the American Version of “House of Cards” is about Frank Underwood, an underhanded politician who finally gets his turn in becoming the President. Star Kevin Spacey plays the part of Frank Underwood in the series and the first lady in the series is played by Robin Wright. The first season of “House of Cards” followed Frank Underwood, an American politicians who believed that he was not given the respect that he required, as he manipulated people in the country’s capital and his events which made him climb the ladder to vice president from a congressman. “House of Cards” season 2 saw Underwood committing even more immoral and illegal deeds as he carefully schemed his way into the top position at the White House.
Unlike the past where Frank and his wife have been partners in crime, trailers for the third season of the show portray a whole different picture. In the first two trailers the president’s wife Claire starts to question Frank’s methods as well as his motives.
"I'm starting to question all of it, Francis. What are we doing this for," Claire says in the second trailer, which was released earlier this week. "For this house, For the presidency."
